摘要在对设备管理业务深入调研的基础上，本文通过分析其主要操作流程、管理流程以及信息化管理上存在的问题，提出改进意见。结合信息化的大背景，讨论利用Excel服务器开发设备管理信息系统的方法及其可行性，并运用软件工程知识特别是结构化分析方法，结合需求分析结果，制定系统初步设计方案。本文通过绘制数据流图说明数据流向、书写数据词典来说明数据结构；通过绘制ER图和数据库表，说明数据库实体关系。通过进行功能模块的划分，构建基础数据、设备管理、备品配件、设备事故、保养和文修751大模块，绘制系统功能流程图。最后，应用开放资源的Excel服务器2007为基础平台，以MS Office Excel为设计工具、以MS SQL Server 2005为数据库，设计开发以MS Office Excel和ESWEB为运行环境的一款设备管理系统（EAM）软件，为企业设备管理实践奠定基础。关键词  设备管理系统  Excel服务器  数据流  业务流程 数据库设计7701

Title    Design and Development Of Equipment Management System    Based On Excel Server  
Abstract
With in-depth research on the basis of the equipment management business, this paper provides suggestions for improvement by analyzing the main operation processes, management processes and information management issues. Based on the background of information technology, it discusses the method of using Excel server to develop equipment management information system as well as its feasibility, applies the knowledge of software engineering, especially the structured analysis method, and then develops preliminary design plan combining with the demand analysis results. This paper plots data flow diagram to show the data flow, writes the data dictionary to explain the data structure; draws the ER diagram and database tables to display the database entity-relationship. Six modules are built and system functional flow charts are drawn by piding the functions, including basic data, equipment management, spare parts, equipment accidents, maintenance and repair. Finally, this paper uses the application of the open source Excel Server 2007-based platform, takes the MS Office Excel as a design tool and the MS SQL Server 2005 as its database, designs an Equipment Management System (EAM) software at the operating environment of MS Office Excel and ESWEB, in order to lay the foundation for enterprise equipment management practices.
