摘要： 随着IT技术的发展，人们的日常生活、工作已经离不开计算机。将来的社会中，人们工作和生活也将会越来越离不开数字技术的发展，越来越虚拟化、数字化、网络化。根据计算机的发展历程以及目前的发展趋势和应用状况，我们可以充分地相信计算机技术将极大的改变我们的生活以及工作方式，甚至所处社会文明都会因此发生变化。
本设计使用ASP.NET技术开发一个企业人事资源管理系统，以推进人事资源管理无纸化，过程电子化，管理智能化的发展。本设计论文从理论和实践两个角度出发，对一个具有数据分析功能的企业人事资源管理系统进行设计并且实现分析。本论文先是比较详细具体地介绍了面向对象设计与分析的相关及技术以概念，特别是在关于本系统中运用到的知识进行了深入的介绍，例如：管理系统中所运用到的ASP.NET开发技术的特点、面向对象的分析与设计流程、框架结构以及各式各样的使用方法。其次对企业人事资源管理系统的可行性进行了具体分析，之后对系统的设计构思、设计目标与整个系统的结构进行了明确的规划。在论文最后是对系统中的主要界面、应用程序设计与实现和数据库作了较为详细认真的讲解与分析。
本企业人事资源管理系统是在Visual Studio 2008 平台上运用C#语言、ASP.NET技术来实现的。其主要功能有：员工信息管理、考勤管理、奖罚管理、薪资管理、公告管理、部门管理、系统管理。在撰写本设计论文的过程中，极力追求将实践与理论相结合，对各种理论进行阐述的同时并且较好地配合系统从实际应用和操作技巧上加以说明，希望能够更充分地体现到这些知识与技术在本管理系统中的应用与实现。9153

This design uses ASP.NET technology to develop a personnel salary management system, payroll and personnel management to promote the paperless, electronic process, the development of intelligent management. In this paper, from two aspects of theory and practice, the design and implementation of data analysis for the personnel salary management system. This paper first detailed introduces object-oriented design and analysis of the related concept and technology, especially the thesis introduced on the use of this system to the knowledge, for example: system development techniques used in the ASP.NET features, structure and use;object-oriented analysis and design process. Then the feasibility of the personnel salary management system are analyzed, and then the overall structure of the design ideas, goals and the system of the planning. The personnel management system is the use of C# language and ASP.NET technology in Visual Studio 2008 platform to achieve.
