摘要总体方案设计是产品设计的前期，属于概念设计阶段，对产品后续的详细设计、制造等起着决定性的影响，对产品的成本、质量、性能、可靠性、安全性等都有直接影响。多数产品方案设计可以重用以前的知识，发挥设计人员的经验、智慧和创造性。产品的方案设计阶段结果的优劣，决定了产品质量的优劣和产品的创新程度。因此，在市场经济高速发展的今天，提高产品方案设计的质量是提高产品市场竞争力的重要手段。66768

本文从计算机辅助产品设计的理论出发，系统的研究了产品设计中的知识，在详细研究了产品设计知识特点、分类、表示、推理的基础上，重点介绍了基于本体的产品设计知识表示方法，以及系统开发技术。构建了产品总体方案设计应用系统的实施框架，重点确定了系统的体系结构，并介绍了两种典型的产品总体方案设计应用系统开发的集成框架。在实施阶段，进行了制退机方案设计模块的案例开发，完成了从设计到实现的一系列工作，尤其是实例检索功能的实现，充分体现了对已有设计知识的重用，增强了辅助设计的效果。在系统开发的最后阶段，进行了制退机功能模块的集成，也是产品总体方案设计应用系统开发的最后阶段，在整个系统开发过程中，我们充分考虑了系统的交互性，进行了良好的界面设计和功能设计。

Title Application System Development for Product Overall Scheme Design

Abstract

The overall scheme design is the early phase of product design, which belongs to the stage of conceptual design, plays a decisive impact on detailed design, the product of subsequent manufacturing, and has a direct impact on product cost, quality, performance, reliability, safety etc. The majority of product design can reuse previous knowledge, and play the designer's experience, wisdom and creativity. Scheme design stage results in product quality, the innovation product quality and product. Therefore, with the rapid development of market economy, improving product design quality is an important method to improve the market competitiveness of the products.

This article starts with the computer aided product design theory, system of product design knowledge, based on a detailed study of the knowledge of product design characteristics, classification, representation, inference, and focuses on the product design knowledge representation based on ontology, and the technologies of system development. Construction of the implementation framework of overall scheme design of application system, and the system structure is to determine the key, and introduces two kinds of integrated framework of product development scheme of typical application system design. In the implementation stage, the development case recoil mechanism scheme design module, completed a series of work from design to implementation, especially the implementation of case retrieval function, fully embodies the reuse of design knowledge, enhance auxiliary design effect. In the final stages of system development, the integration of recoil brake function module, is also the last stage of the development of product overall scheme design application system, in the whole process of system development, we fully consider the interaction of the system, the interface design and the function design of good.
