摘要：TPMS自动移动装置是一个结合机电气、检测技术而设计的一台自动化装置。TPMS产品是来自汽车的一个零件。此次的设计是为了实现对其在各个工位之间的移动和传运功能。该装置分为移动送料装置、屏蔽检测、数据打印、分类装箱和产品位移机构5个工位。产品在各个工位间的移动输送由一个简单的机械手和一套特制的移动装置来实现，使其能够完成一个自动有序的工作循环。文中对各个工位进行了方案的拟定，在考虑了各个情况后选定了最优方案，并拟定了气压传动系统的原理图。对主要的零部件进行了设计、计算和选择，并且对主要部件的结构设计进行了详尽的阐述。4484

This is designed to achieve its pressure testing and analysis of quality data printing function.
