摘要：本设计，可以分为以下四个阶段：查阅相关资料，分析工件的运动条件，零件加工的要求，如尺寸精度、形位精度、热处理等，确定零件的材料。制定工艺路线，查相关表以及相关的手册，对要求加工的部位进行工艺计算，确定机床，并对机床功率进行验算。夹具设计，确定夹具的组织形式，具体结构，画夹具装配图、夹具零件图、工件装配图、工件图、工件毛坯图，写夹具说明书。翻译外文（附中英文翻译），填写工艺过程表、工序卡，撰写设计说明书。21480

Abstract： There are four sections in the design.
To consult many books on the same design,to analysis the movement and function of the connecting rod,to know the processing requirement of the workpiece,for example,dimensional precision、accuracy of form and position、heat treatment,to fix the material of the workpiece.
To draw up the line of the processing technic,to consult a lot of manuals and data on the same design,to process calculation of the working position,to fix the machine tools and cutters,to check the power of the machine tools.
To design special fixture of some process,to fix the type of organization and concrete structure,to draw the installation diameter、part drawings of the fixture,to draw the installation diameter、the part drawing and the blank drawing of the workpiece,to write instructions of the fixture.
To translate foreign literatures on the same design,to fill out travel charts,to write design instructions.
