本次主轴部件设计在综合大量资料的基础上,通过研究深入分析各主轴部件的不同性能,从中拟定了一个较为合理的主轴部件的结构方案,并对主轴进行了刚度校核。数控机床的主轴部件要求有高的精度、静态刚度、抗振性、热稳定性、耐磨性等,为保证合理的设计要求,主轴选择阶梯形的方案,轴承选择用双列圆柱滚子轴承和双列推力角接触球轴承相互配合的形式;由于主轴转速较高,保证回转精度的前提下,故采用高刚度型的轴承配置方案;轴承润滑方式采用循环式油脂润滑;轴承的密封形式采用迷宫密封;选择用异轴编码器。
