摘要:近年来窄带轧机相对于以往有了很大的改进,其在轧钢生产中使用越来越广泛,尤其是在热轧薄板带钢生产中的破鳞、控制板坯宽度等方面更是必不可少的轧钢设备。新型窄带轧机目前在我国受到很多钢铁公司的青睐,产生了显著的经济效益。22438
本设计由轧辊的直径入手,参考了一系列的相关书籍,确定了轧辊的长度、辊颈直径、轴承型号等一系列的数据。更重要的是对于设计的零部件进行了强度的校核,优化结构。本次轧机的设计重点在于轧辊的强度校核、轧辊轴承的强度校核以及机架的强度校核。
本次设计包括窄带轧机的国内外发展、窄带轧机的发展、窄带轧机的简介、窄带轧机主机的设计及主要力能参数的校核计算等内容。本次设计轧机结构简单、重量轻、外形尺寸小、设备费用低、运转安全、操作方便、便于文修和管理。

The Design of ϕ120 Narrow Band Mill
Abstract: The Narrow band mill have a very great improvement which compared to the pasting in recent years. They use more and more extensive in production of rolling steeling. They are more essential rolling steel equipment in such aspects as broken scale, controlled the width of the panel base in hot-rolled sheet metal and belted steel production, and so on. The new-typly Narrow band mill receive a lot of favor in our country’s Iron and Steel Companies, and have produced the remarkable economic benefits.
This design start from the diameter of rolling mill. I read lots of datum, then make sure data of rolls,bearing,frame and so on. In this design,checking main power parameter is more important.So I focus on checking the main power parament of rollers, rolls,bearing,frame and so on. Designing includes the development of the wide belted steel of the hot-rolled in domestic and overseas this time, the development of the Narrow band mill, the introductions of the Narrow band mill, designing of the Narrow band mill’s main driving system, the checking and calculating of the main power parameter, and so on. This rolling mill exits advantages such as simple structure, light weight, small dimensions, low cost of equipment, operation safety, convenient operation, easy maintenance and management.
