摘要:数控成型平面磨床是一种用于加工成形零件的一种平面磨床。本课题设计的数控修整器及磨头是这种机床的关键部件。数控修整器把砂轮修整城所需要的形状,而后用成了形的砂轮去磨削工件。数控平面成型磨床机是近几年迅速发展起来的,他具有精度高,效率高,应用广泛,本文研究的是磨头数控校正机制的内容。本文讨论了和磨头数控校正平面磨床上阐明选题的目的和意义的角色特征。我选择的是步进电动机通过联轴器控制螺杆转动,从而带动拖板运动轮廓控制数控修整器,和头部是由P4角接触球轴承,主轴,皮带轮,通用汽车。数控技术是跟上技术发展的步伐和系统的知识和实践。27734

Design of NC molding plane grinder’s grinding head and dressing mechanism
Abstract: Numerical control molding plane grinder is a plane grinder for machining a part. The design of the NC dresser and grinding head is the key part of this machine tool. NC dresser to the needs of grinding wheel dressing city shape, and then use the shape of grinding wheel. Numerical control molding plane grinder is a machine which developed rapidly in recent years, he has the characteristics of high precision, high efficiency and widely, this study is the content of the grinding head and NC correction mechanism. This paper discusses the characteristics and the grinding head and NC correction on a surface grinder to elucidate the role of the purpose and significance of the subject. I have chosen is a stepper motor through the coupling control screw rod to rotate, thereby driving a carriage motion profile control NC dresser, and the head part is composed of P4 angular contact ball bearing, spindle, belt pulley, general motor. Numerical control technology is to keep up with the pace of technological development and systematic knowledge and practice.
