摘要客货列车提速和货物列车重载是我国铁路运输的主要发展方向。 “提速” 和 “重
载”的前提是列车安全性能符合相关国家安全标准。制动装置是车辆安全减速或
停车的重要装置，为保证列车运行安全，必须在各种情况下都能保证制动装置性
能。制动装置出厂时的性能检测是确保其安全性能的关键环节。因此制动装置检
测平台的设计开发成为列车制动系统研究的一个重要课题。
基于 LabVIEW 的列车制动装置检测平台设计用来对各种不同型号的踏面制动
器进行出厂前检测。它能在工厂环境下模拟踏面制动器工作的各种动作，对制动
器的各项性能指标进行测试并根据相关的国家标准形成相应的出厂检验报告。本
文对该测试台的结构设计进行了说明，并对测试和控制系统进行了详细的设计说
明。
论文系统阐述了该测试台的测试任务和测量的基本原理，并对整个数据采集
系统的构建进行了详细说明。在硬件方面，对各种所需的传感器和数据采集板卡
等硬件设备进行了选型，软件方面利用虚拟仪器软件 LabVIEW 对测试过程进行编
程设计。得出测试结果并按照中国、AAR等铁路标准给出出厂测试报告

Title The Design And Exploitation Of a Performance
Testing Platform For The Train Brake Device Based on
Labview Abstract
The main development of our country's railway
transpotation is the speed increasing of passenger train and the
heavier loading of freight train.The precondition is that the
performence of train brake system must correspond with the
relevant national safety standards.Braking device is important
for the safety of a vehicle.To ensure the safty of the train,we
must guarantee the performence of the train braking device in
various situations.To reach shis,the performence testing
becomes a key link when a braking device is produced.The design
and exploitation of the testing platform becomes a hot issue in
the research of the train brake system.
Based on LabVIEW,the testing platform is designed for the
detection of different types of tread brakes before they leave
the factory.It can simulate all kinds action of tread brakes in
factory,test each performance index and form corresponding
report,accoeding to relevant national standards.In this
paper,the structure design of the platform is explained and the
control system is detailed illustrated.
The essay explains the testing tasks and the basic
measurement principles of the platform.The construction of data
acquisition system is also detailed recommended.In the
hardware,we have selected the various kinds of needed sensor and
data acquisition board and other hardware equipments.We used the
virtual instrument software LabVIEW to design the program of the
test process.According to Chinese、AAR standard etc,we have the
test results and give the test report.
