摘要炮弹飞行姿态测试是制导炮弹设计中必不可少的环节,飞行姿态测试需要标定弹体在不同方向上的磁场感应强度。为了达到标定弹体在不同方位磁场感应强度的目的,需要设计专用云台。
本课题的研究目的:针对炮弹的结构特点和项目需求,运用机械设计相关专业知识,设计一座专用的云台,达到规定的设计指标。
研究内容和方法:首先,了解国内外云台的发展现状。根据设计所要求得性能和参数要求,确定云台的设计方案和总体布局。然后,完成云台所有零部件的设计,选择计算机辅助设计软件SolidWorks完成云台所有零件的建模和三文虚拟装配。最后,在对云台进行静力学分析之后,对关键零部件进行强度、刚度和稳定性的校核,找出设计缺陷,优化设计结构。
论文达到的研究成果和结论:某产品专用标定云台的研究和设计,其结构合理,能够达到课题要求的设计指标。28097

Title Calibration Cradle Head design of a product
Abstract
shells flight attitude testing, which of magnetic induction intensity is needed ,is absolutely necessarily tache in the design of Guided shells.To design a Dedicated Cradle Head in order to achieve the purpose of calibration magnetic induction intensity.
The research purpose of this subject: Based on the structural feature of 155mm grenade shells and project requirements,to design a Dedicated Cradle Head which meets the targets using the professional mechanical design knowledge .
The research content and methods : First ,having a knowledge of the basic types of Cradle Head by the present development both at country and abroad. Then according to the desired property and technical parameters requirements to define the design and general layout,completed choice Cradle Head key components calculation.Parts modeling and overall head in 3D software solidworks2014 completed the virtual assembly.Finally,upon completion of static analysis,checking the strength, stiffness and compressive bar stability of key components ,finding out the design flaws and structuring optimization design.
The results and conclusions of the research paper:the Dedicated Cradle Head of research and design whose structure is reasonable and meet the requirements of the subject design index .
