【摘要】为了采煤安全,测试矿用液压支架的性能,由此设计了液压支架试验台。液压支架试验台的主要组成部分是加载台移动梁,它主要由四个升降液压缸控制,为了让四缸平稳同步移动,本文设计了加载台移动梁计算机同步控制系统。32072
本文介绍了液压支架加载台的发展状况以及同步控制技术的研究现状,选择电磁比例阀实现液压参数的比例控制;设计了液压比例控制回路并进行了相关液压元件的选型;设计了计算机控制系统的硬件组成方案并进行了硬件的选型工作;设计了系统的电气控制方案,分别给出了四缸同步控制以及插拔销控制的电气原理图,并根据使用习惯设计出了面板布置图;采用C#编程语言设计了控制系统的软件,经检验能够实现相关的控制要求;最后还对系统进行了安装与调试,经检验该系统工作可靠、稳定,能够满足工作要求。

The electrical control scheme is designed.The four cylinder synchronous control and plug pin control electrical schematic diagram are given,At the same time according to the use of the design of the panel layout plan;Then it is the software design of the system,With a good man-machine interface using C# programming language design software,And can achieve the relevant test requirements;Finally, the system installation and debugging, inspection work, the system is stable and reliable, it can meet the work requirements.
