双输入减速差速器是为了符合现代机械的高速发展而成功开发的新型减速器,因其独特的结构特点,使之具有传统减速器无法比拟的优越性能,在一定的工作条件下,可以作为传统减速器的替代产品。本课题研究的双输入减速差速器是一种新型的减速器,具有重量轻、体积小、结构简单紧凑、传动效率高、传动误差小、润滑性能好等优点,它可广泛应用于国防、冶金、汽车、航天器舵机、建筑工程等部门。将产品研究透彻以后,加工成本远低于同类进口减速器产品价格,具有很高的应用价值和广阔的应用前景。双输入差速减速是一种新型的活齿传动,通过本课题的研究,开创双输入空间啮合理论、强度、可靠性、动力学以及设计制造等多方面基础理论,拓展国内的研究领域,形成系统理论及技术成果,使双输入减速差速技术国产化,并力求达到国际先进水平。32594
本课题将双输入减速差速器当做研究对象,主要研究内容有:
1.针对双输入减速差速器进行参数计算和总体设计。
2.完成双输入减速器的结构设计。
3.完成双输入减速器的装配图和零件图。

Abstract
With the rapid development of high-tech, modern mechanism is moving forward high-speed, precision and so on. In the meanwhile, the reducer, as a paramount part in mechanical system, is urged to make modification to meet higher requirement. The global tendency of reducer is getting smaller, faster, quieter and more reliable.
The standard of the reducer’s design and manufacture can be half a nation’s industrial performance to a certain extent. Consequently, we have a promising future if we devote ourselves to the development of reducer. Double input reducer is a brand-new item, which is designed for modern mechanism with high standard performance. In this paper, I chose to design a new reducer with less weight, less volume, higher transmission efficiency to suit the need of military department, vehicle department and building system. If it can be widely applied, it will be a huge progress in national double-input reducer.
We chose the double-input reducer to finish this paper. We will mainly deal with three aspects
1.calculation and design
2.structure design
3.Finish the assembly and parts drawings.
