[Abstract]:Now rollers have become the indispensable industrial equipment when building roads , railways and other large buildings . Pneumatic tyre roller is much more flexible than steel wheel roller , and pneumatic tyre roller has irreplaceable function of soft compaction than other compaction equipment . SO it’s of great significance to study the Pneumatic tyre roller .
This design is for type YL25 tyre roller front wheels . It must be right to the univers parameter that have known ,and the total design of the front wheels. Including the design of the front wheel spindle, the selection of the tire , the design of the vertical shaft of front wheels and the design of the steering system.
In this manual, the mechanical data of related parts as well as the life span of machinery parts are calculated, and every component of the system has been designed. Their assemble can be seen in the assembly drawing. The vertical shaft of front wheels, the splash guard and the knuckle mechanic are all designed on the swing part, so that the system can be much more perfect.
The front wheels of the roller bear almost half of weight of the roller, so the security and stability of the front wheel is the precondition of the roller’s work, and the design of the front wheel has great significance to the whole roller.
