摘要：模具是通过外力的作用运用某些方法使材料凝结成为具有某些特定的形状或尺寸的产品的工具。在工业生产上得到所需产品的模子的方法有很多，其中主要包括注塑、吹塑、挤出、压铸、冲压、锻压、冶炼和拉伸等方法，模具是现代工业发展的基础，它的应用极其广泛。在我们的日常生活中，塑料制品是经常使用的工具，注塑模具跟我们的生活息息相关，所以研究和改进注塑模具，缩短生产时间，提高生产效率和产品质量显得尤为重要。伴随着CAD、CAE和CAM的发展，模具的发展极其迅速，形成了标准化、规范化、典型化以及系列化的模具设计极其制造技术，使得在模具设计的过程中某些非常耗时且烦琐的过程变得十分精确和便捷，大大得缩短了工作时间，提高了整体的工作效率。传统的塑料产品需要通过一些传统的处理方法来进行外观的美化，比如说喷涂或者电镀。但用这些方法处理过的产品经过长时间的使用及磨损，表面的材料极易被氧化，外面的材料极易脱落。而双色模具则与它们不同，它不需要进行传统方法处理，而且可以根据市场上的不同的需要，更换色母的颜色即可。同时，双色模具的生产效率极高，而且通过双色模具生产出来的产品的质量也很稳定。本次双色模具的设计主要包括产品的工艺性分析、模具的分模设计、模架的设计、浇注系统的设计、顶出系统的设计、水路的设计，最后生成部分零部件的加工二文图以及总装配图。通过本次设计，能够对双色模有更进一步的熟悉和了解，掌握双色模的模具结构和工作原理，可以对设计中的一些重要的地方特别关注。34750

The different color mold, it does not require spraying, electroplating and other treatment, according to the different needs of the market, you can replace the color masterbatch. Meanwhile, two-color mold products not only stable quality, but also high production efficiency. The product is designed mainly including process analysis, parting design, design mold design, injection system, the top of the system design, the design of the waterway, and finally generate some parts of the two-dimensional image processing and assembly drawing.
