摘要:随着国家经济的增长,电力行业得到了迅速发展,电网容量逐年增长。电力需求越来越大,电力行业发展迫在眉睫,电力行业越来越向着高参数、大容量的方向发展。其中锅炉效率的高低将直接影响着发电效率的高低,锅炉效率的高低主要取决于燃料燃烧的好坏,而燃烧器性能的好坏又直接影响燃烧的稳定性和经济性,所以燃烧器系统的设计对提高锅炉安全运行十分重要。本次设计是对容量为2000t/h的锅炉进行直流煤粉燃烧器系统设计。首先进行燃料燃烧及锅炉热平衡计算,计算出发热量、空气量、烟气量、燃料消耗量等,再对锅炉主体结构尺寸进行设计并完成热力校核,完成了冷灰斗、折焰角、前后屏过热器的结构尺寸设计,并对炉膛出口烟温进行了校核,最后进行燃烧器的选型和结构设计,确定燃烧器系统的结构及单个燃烧器的结构尺寸。41563
