摘要逆向工程也称反求工程,是相对于正向设计而定义的一种设计方法。它的意义不仅仅在于消化吸收并改进国内外的先进技术,更体现在逆向反求的过程中接纳先进的思想,进而实现理论和思想上的创新。43849
本课题研究的对象是对一台出厂28的HZS-1型滑动轴承实验台,此实验台已经处于闲置状态,利用本课题,可以对实验台重新利用,体现了资源利用、可持续发展的思想。本文重点介绍了对此实验台展开逆向工程的步骤,首先要进行数据的采集,就是对拆卸过后的零件进行数据测量,然后对每一个零件,按照测量到得数据实施数字化模型的建立,对建立的三维模型进行材料、成本、性能、结构上的优化,并加以改进,最后对产品进行成本的估算,为现实中产品的生产定下一个大致的成本,节省开支和资源。

Abstract Reverse engineer, it is a design method relative to the top-down design. It is not just the significance of assimilating and improving the advanced technology, but also accepting advanced thought in the process of reverse engineer, then realizing innovation in theory and thought.
This topic research object is to a HZS-1 sliding bearing test bench used for 28 years. The test bench has been idle. Through this topic, it can be used again. It embodies the resources utilization, the idea of sustainable development. This paper introduces the experimental step of reverse engineering for the test bench. First to data collection, it means measuring the data of the parts after removing the test bench. Then to each parts, building digital models according to the data. Then making the structure of the model better. Finally the product cost estimation, it set a roughly costs for the production, and save money and resources.
