摘要随着世界各国军事技术的发展,现代化的武器越来越倾向于高精度与高威力。为了提高战斗部的威力,除了研究新型的高能炸药外,重点还在于研究新的装药结构和起爆方式。现在各国研究新的起爆技术主要有定向起爆技术、环形起爆技术和面起爆技术等。通过这些起爆技术,能在一定程度上提高战斗部的威力。63517
本文针对其中的环形起爆技术设计了一种环形多点同步起爆网络结构,输入起爆点位于中心,六点同步输出呈环形结构,既“一入六出”。采用LS-DYNA软件对环形起爆网络引爆装药结构进行了数值仿真,研究其起爆同步性对形成聚能杆式侵彻体的影响规律,根据仿真结果对网络结构进行了优化设计,通过计算表明该环形多点同步起爆网络具有足够的起爆能力和同步性。

Title Circular multi-point initiation network structure design
Abstract with the development of world military technology, modern weapons more and more tend to high precision and high power. In order to improve the power of the warheads, in addition to research new type high-energy explosives, the key lies in the new charging structure and detonating manner. Now countries research main new blasting technology of directional blasting technique, the ring blasting technique and blasting technique, etc. Through these blasting technology, can to a certain extent, improve the power of the warhead.
For the ring blasting technique, this paper designed a kind of annular multi-point synchronous initiation network structure and input initiation point is located in the center, 6 sync output ring structure, that is "one in six out". Using LS-DYNA software for annular initiation network detonating charge structure has carried on the dynamic simulation, study the initiating synchronization on penetration, the influence law of the lever body, the network structure optimization design was carried out according to the simulation results, through calculation show that the annular multi-point synchronous initiation network has enough ability of initiating and synchronicity.
