摘要:本篇论文通过对汽车制件模具设计过程,介绍了汽车零部件成形特点和模具设计基本原则。以汽车后背门内板加强梁为实例,对其进行工艺分析和主要数据计算。通过使用理论知识结合实际生产,利用三维设计软件UG进行制件设计。同时使用Autoform进行CAE分析确保制件模具设计的正确性和准确性,并得到制件的成形性能、坯料减薄率和主应力分布等数据,用于提高模具设计的效率和制造时间,合理设计模具。在模具设计的过程了解UG软件,同时熟练运用UG的制图功能,同时学会运用UG将三维模型转换为二维图纸,以便于更加清晰的表达出模具中各零件装备关系,同时检查设计过程中的错误与缺陷,减少实际设计生产过程中的错误。使用UG的装配功能,可以对模具进行干涉检查。由于本次设计时间和能力有限,仅设计出了拉延模具和修边冲孔模具。69807

Die design of automobile seat fixing plate
Abstract: Through the process of automobile panel die design, this paper introduces the forming characteristics of automobile panel and the basic principles of die design. Taking the inner plate of automobile rear door as an example, the process analysis and main data calculation are carried out. Through the use of theoretical knowledge combined with actual production, the 3d design software UG is used to carry out the cover design. At the same time, using autoform CAE analysis to ensure the correctness and accuracy of the die design, and get the forming performance, blank reduction and principal stress distribution data, used to improve the efficiency and manufacturing time of mold design, reasonable design of mold. In the process of mold design understanding of UG software, at the same time skilled use of ug drawing function, and learn to use UG to convert 3d model to 2d drawings, in order to more clearly express the mold parts equipment relations, at the same time check the design process of errors and defects, reduce the actual design of the production process. Using the assembly function of UG, the mold can be inspected. Due to the limited time and ability of the design, only drawing die and trimming and punching die.
