摘要: 换热器在化学工业中应用相当广泛。据相关资料统计,在现代化化工生产中,换热器所占的资产约占设备总资产的32% 。对国内换热器市场进行的调查结果显示,其它各种换热器的竞争力虽然在上升,但管壳式换热器依然以约65%的市场占据主要地位。从现在工业发展的状况可以看出,只有不断研究新型的换热器才能更好的满足工业发展的需要。

甲烷化反应器预热器就是一种新型的U型管式换热器,它的壳程介质是氢气,管程介质是中压蒸汽。它的作用是通过换热让氢气达到一定的温度,使氢气加热到所需的反应温度。因此甲烷化反应器预热器的设计对工业中甲烷化反应有很重要的意义。本次设计的换热器压力较高,因此设计要求也高。设计的U型管换热器采用的是双管程,不锈钢换热管制造。在设计过程中进行了强度计算,结构设计和相关零部件的选用与工艺设计。69803

Design of Preheater for Methanation Reactor

Abstract:  Heat exchangers are widely used in the chemical industry.According to statistics, in the modern chemical production, the heat exchanger accounts for about 32% of the total assets of the equipment.The results of the domestic heat exchanger market survey showed that although the competitiveness of other heat exchangers, while rising, but the shell and tube heat exchanger is still about 65% of the market occupies a major position. From the current situation of industrial development can be seen, only the continuous study of new heat exchanger in order to better meet the needs of industrial development.

Methanation reactor preheater is a new type of U-tube heat exchanger, its shell medium is hydrogen, the pipeline is medium pressure steam. Its role is through the heat transfer to a certain temperature of hydrogen, hydrogen heating to the required reaction temperature. The design of the methanation reactor preheater is therefore of great importance to the methanation reaction in industry. The design of the heat exchanger pressure is high, so the design requirements are also high. Design of the U-tube heat exchanger is a dual-pipe, stainless steel
