摘要链条输送机在工业运输中主要有连续式和间歇式两种类型，本次设计我们主要对链条间歇式自动化输送线系统进行了分析和研究。研究分为机械本体和控制两大部分，机械部分主要是对机架、链条、链轮、工装板、凸轮分度器、减速机、电动机等机械部件的设计和选取；控制部分选取PLC（可编程控制器）作为链条输送机的控制器，通过变频器驱动，再加以各种例如光电开关、位移传感器、旋转编码器等传感器配合实现链条间歇式自动化输送线的间歇启停控制。对链条间歇式自动化输送线的研究，表明了机电一体化的产品在目前工业生产线中占据着很大的比重，起着至关重要的作用。46032

ABSTRACT
There are two types of chain conveyor, which are continuous and intermittent in industrial transportation. We mainly analyze and study the system of chain intermittent automatic transmission line. Research of mechanical body and control two parts, mechanical part is mainly on a machine frame, a chain, sprocket, industry and trade fitted sheet, cam indexer, reducer, motor mechanical components of the design and selection; control part select PLC (programmable controller) as chain conveyor controller, driven by frequency converter, and all such as photoelectric switch, displacement sensor, rotary encoder sensor with the realization of chain intermittent automatic conveying line of intermittent control the start and stop. The research on the intermittent automatic transmission line of the chain shows that the mechanical and electrical integration products occupy a large proportion in the current industrial production line, which plays a very important role.

第一章 绪论
1.1链条间歇式自动化输送线的背景及意义
一千多年以前我国就出现了第一台类链条输送机，就是我国农村古时候使用的水车。按照其结构分类，就是一台我们现代的刮板式链条输送机。当然，无论是在我国，还是其他文明古国，链条输送机都拥有一千多年的历史。
