本文论述了一种简易型精确定位反馈机构的研制。该机构把上下直线移动转化为齿轮的转动角位移 ;采用了西门子 气缸和与之配套的专用位置控制器,用阀门定位器实现了气缸在行程范围内任意位置的精确定位(定位精度达到±0.5mm)。
为研究本课题,我查阅参考了西门子SIPART PS2 电气阀门定位器的操作手册,《机械原理》,《机械设计》,《连杆机构设计与创新》等书籍。初步确定选用连杆机构与齿轮机构的组合机构。最初的构想是:用该连杆机构来反馈阀杆位置,而齿轮有对阀杆位移的放大作用。通过各个方案的比对,响应工厂的机构简单,便于安装等要求,最终确定了一种简单合理,经济实惠的方案。然后在 X、Y 两坐标方向上,再对方案作出了进一步的分析,包括机构运动分析,方案建模,方案精度等各方面的分析与研究。
本课题运用能量守恒定律、牛顿第二定理等一些已知的定理和定律,通过一些合理而必要的假定和简化,获得了被控对象的基本状态方程。最后,利用Simulink强大的非线性建模功能,建立了一个全新的基于阀门定位器的直线气缸位置控制反馈机构的非线性模型。 为气缸精确定位系统阀位反馈机构的工厂实现和应用,提供了一种简单易行且具有一定定位精度的方法。
