摘要随着社会和科技的进步，许多公共场所出现了一台台自动售货机，极大的满足了人们的及时需求。然而传统售货机采用的是单片机，系统硬件设计复杂，抗干扰能力相对较差，很难保证系统的可靠性和稳定性，维护维修困难。46495
本文采用的是PLC控制，阐述了自动售货机的发展背景与前景，详细分析其功能和特点，提出了总体设计方案,设计自动售饮料机机构和其喷液系统，并设计一套PLC自动控制系统完成其自动控制系统。自动控制系统包括币系统，比较系统，选择系统，喷液系统，退币系统。
该设计提高了自动售货机的可靠性和执行效率，且系统维护容易，维修简单，有一定的市场推广价值。
