摘要:进入20世纪90年代以来,各式各样的五金件成为了主流。由于在生活中许多都要用到五金件,因此,五金冲压模具将不断发展,在近几十年里会有突飞猛进的成果。通过翻阅这些参考资料和文献,深入了解了当代的模具先进制造技术和冲压成型技术。查找整理资料后,对一些模具设计实例有了解与学习,进一步学习了冲压模具设计的方法,并能对模具设计的成本价格做出估算,从而对模具设计有了方向性的指导。
通过对深入学习,对此零部件模具设计时的设计方式有了雏形。先分析零件的冲压工艺;确定模具的总体结构;结合零件的冲压工艺及模具的总体结构设计排样图;根据排样图,计算利用率、冲载力、压力、选用设备及刃口的尺寸。根据资料再用AutoCAD,对模具进行设计,然后绘出装配图和零件图进行标注,并编制零件的加工工艺卡,使理论和生产实际知识综合运用,从而培养和提高了我独立工作的能力。49011

Design of progressive die for the connector swing clamping device
Bbstract:Since the 1990s, automobile security has become the biggest concern of producers and consumers. Read these references and literature, in-depth understanding of the contemporary mold of advanced manufacturing technology and injection molding technology. Find collating information, and learn about some of the mold design instance, to further study the method of stamping die design, and estimates of the cost price of the mold design, mold design has been directional guidance.
Through in-depth study, this part mold design belt buckle designed to take shape. First analysis of the parts stamping process; to determine the overall structure of the mold; combination of parts stamping process and the overall structure of the mold design layout plan; layout diagram to calculate utilization, red contained, pressure, selection of equipment and the size of the cutting edge. Data re-use of PRO / E, mold design, then the three-dimensional map into a two-dimensional assembly drawings and parts diagrams to label, and the preparation of parts processing card, the integrated use of theory and production of practical knowledge, so as to nurture and improved my ability to work independently.
