摘要手术显微镜用紧凑型X-Y平面移动器是特别应用在手术显微镜上的使得下方挂载的显微镜能够在平面内做小幅度移动的调节装置。为了能够达到这个目的,本设计吸取带有X-Y移动工作台的机床等大型设备的经验。采用滑动丝杠作为传动装置,但由于手术显微镜上的比较小,所以采用的滑动丝杠都是小型的,而其驱动力为直流微型减速电机。基于装置移动速度慢,体积小,重量轻等特点所采用的电机,滑动丝杠等动力传动部件都通过计算使用小型的机构。为了适应悬挂模式下的移动,其固定结构多采用导轨式的连接板。在设置完成后仍可添加控制系统作为电机的控制系统,另外在外壳上引出控制装置,作为控制电机的系统,以用于移动器的归零及调节设置。51263
