当前,数控机床领域中的自动对刀技术主要是针对外螺纹,并且多以接触式为主。 而对于内螺纹, 尤其是基于非接触式测量原理的自动对刀技术则研究较少。基于此现状,研究出内螺纹非接触式自动对刀的技术将能够使机械加工更加自动化、高速化,同时提高加工精度和生产效率。本论文在充分了解目前国内外已有的自动对刀技术后,通过前期的需求分析,首先进行了非接触式自动对刀的原理研究,随后进行了传感器和试验装置各个部分的选型工作,并运用 SolidWorks 三文建模功能,设计了该传感器的专用夹具。与此同时,基于该传感器非接触式测量的原理,设计了自动对刀方案。通过以上研究,本文完成了内螺纹磨床螺母非接触式自动对刀方法,为此项技术的研究提供了一种可行的方案

Title The Study of Non-contact Automatic Tool-setting on Ball Screw Nut
Abstract
Currently, in the area of NC machine tool the automatic tool-setting
devices aim mainly to external thread and most of them are contact-type.
Contrary to external thread, the number of studies on internal thread is
largely smaller, especially the studies of them based on the
noncontact-type. Thus, the invention of the technology of non-contact
automatic tool-setting of internal thread will make the process of
machining more automatic and improve the efficiency and mechanical
precision meantime. In this paper, after going through the domestic and
nondomestic technology of automatic tool-setting and finishing the
requirement analysis it introduces the basic theory of non-contact
automatic tool-setting, then the selecting job of sensors as well as
inpidual part of the experimental device and lastly the designing of
the special fixture to the sensors by using the three-dimensional modeling
function of SolidWorks. Besides that this paper also introduces the scheme
of automatic tool-setting based on the sensor. To sum up, the paper
provides the method of non-contact automatic tool-setting on grinder of
internal thread nuts, which acts as an ideal option for this technology.
