摘 要 现代造船工程具有作业范围广、工作量大、多种类、安装复杂、设计周期长等特点。因此，有必要使一个完美的系统，使整体计划的顺利运作。 生产设计是船舶设计的重要组成部分，让生产实际结合设计文件，设计出最合理、高效的生产计划是生产设计最主要的目的。一个良好的生产设计，可以有效地降低生产难度，有效地避免了重复劳动的浪费，也变相的缩短了所需的工期，大大降低了生产成本，产生了可观的利润。 本文主要介绍讲解了造船业的背景，以及国内外研究现状，介绍了液散货船的特点，以及现代造船模式下的船舶建造工艺，施工要领，精度控制等。并以此液散货船货舱底部H21P/S分段为具体实例，描述整个分段的建造过程以及建造工艺。 运用CAD软件绘制了分段结构图、拼板图、零件明细表、吊马图。 58503
