Deform-3D镁合金挤压模具设计研究

摘要随着我国的国防工业与科技快速发展,对于武器的轻量化和经济性有了更高的要求, 同样的对于武器装备材料的要求也随之提高。镁合金以其密度低、比强度高和良好的散 热性能、再加上它几乎是“取之不尽用之不竭”的巨大优势,受到了各国的国防工业部 门的重视,特别是由于我国在镁合金的巨大生产量,正在逐步让我们提升其的利用程度。 国内外的镁合金研究证明,对其使用静液挤压技术比普通挤压、铸造等方法加工镁合金 得到的产品性能更好,所以我们对于镁合金设备及其挤压工艺等的研究与设计使用迫在 眉睫。69464

在过去的十余年的时间里,国内外的研究学者们在关于轻合金静液挤压模具的设计和 研究方面已经做出了大量的工作,并且已经取得了显著地研究成果,在此基础之上,本 文通过总结学习,使用 Deform-3D 有限元软件,利用理论计算结果,合理性的选取不同 的模具角度、工作带长度、坯料温度、挤压速度、模具温度以及考虑在工作温度条件下 对 AZ80 镁合金进行静液挤压数值模拟,得出在本身设计要求下各项条件对挤压力、温度、 坯料应力等的影响,并考虑到实际条件下选取各项条件组合。结果为 AZ80 镁合金型材静 液挤压工艺参数的优化设计等提供有力的设计依据。

Abstract

With the rapid development of China's defense industry and technology for weapons of lightweight and economy have higher requirements, the same requirements for weapons material increases.Magnesium alloy for its low density, high strength and good thermal performance, plus it is almost "inexhaustible" the great advantage,By the countries defense industry attention, especially in the huge production of magnesium alloys, we are gradually upgrading their level of utilization.Magnesium alloy at home and abroad to prove, a better use of its hydrostatic extrusion technology to give than ordinary extrusion, casting magnesium alloy processing methods such as product performance, so we have the equipment and its magnesium alloy extrusion, etc. Research and Design use imminent.

In the past ten years time, domestic and foreign research scholars about the light alloy by hydrostatic extrusion die design and research have made a lot of work, and has made significant achievements,On this basis, the paper summarizes the study,Using Deform-3D finite element software, the use of theoretical calculations, the reasonableness of the selection of a different mold angle, bearing length billet temperature, extrusion speed, mold temperature and to consider at operating temperatures of AZ80 magnesium alloy by hydrostatic extrusion Numerical simulation of pressure,Effect obtained the conditions of extrusion pressure, temperature, stress in the blanks themselves design requirements, and under practical conditions taking into account the conditions selected combination. The results provide a strong basis for the design of AZ80 magnesium alloy profiles hydrostatic extrusion process parameters optimization design.
