摘 要生产设计是以统筹优化理论为指导，应用成组技术原理，以中间产品为导向，按区域组织生产，实现了壳、舾、涂一体化，设计、生产、管理一体化，是船舶设计中极为重要的一部分，是实际生产中与设计文件互相结合的一步，解决了怎样造船的这一工程技术问题。表达准确的生产设计，有利于减少船舶施工周期，减少船厂的管理支出，提升生产船舶的品质，为船厂带来良好的收入。本论文的生产设计部分以12500DWT 多用途船货舱底部208 分段作为对象，针对其结构特点，给出了具体的建造方案、施工要领、涂装要领，以及吊环的设计、选用，翻身要求等等。以cad 软件作为工具，绘制了该分段的工作图（作业图封面、分段结构图、拼板图、吊环图、吊马图、零件列表等）。59512

Abstract The production design is directed by the theory of united arrangements and optimizingprinciples.It is applied by the group technology,guided by middle products and producedby area organization,which realizes the combination of hull,outfitting and painting.Also,itis a significant part of ship design,which is the document step to combine actual productionwith paper design,solving the engineering and technical problems how to build the ships.Accurate expression of the production design can not only save construction time andreduce the cost of the management,but also can improve the quality of the ship,whichbrings about considerable profits.In this paper,the production design of this dissertation is based on the bottom of the 208section of 12500DWT multi-purpose cargo hold.For its structural characteristics,the writerput forward not only the specific construction program and the construction essentials,butalso the outfitting essentials,the design and selection of the ring hanging and therequirements of the rolling.Using the software CAD to complish the drawing of thisblock(including the covers of working drawing,the drawings of the structure,the drawingsof the spell,the rings hanging map and the part list ) .
