摘要多管火箭炮发火控制系统是火箭武器系统的重要组成部分,在提高火箭武器系统的射击精度以及安全性上起着关键作用。目前,我国多管火箭武器的发火系统大多采用手工或半手工方式。自动化程度低已成为火箭武器系统发展的一大障碍。国外已经着手研制较先进的点火系统,并取得了一定的成果。60587
在本课题的研究过程中,首先,通过对当代火箭炮发火控制器的主要结构和未来的发展趋势进行了解,完成发火控制器的总体设计以及关键器件的选型。其次,通过运用数字及模拟电子技术、数据通信、单片机等技术完成火箭炮发火控制系统的硬件设计,通过对控制系统的结构、硬件构成的深入研究,成功开发出了适应24管的火箭炮发火控制系统。最后,软件部分设计基于对硬件部分工作原理的掌握之上,应用单片机技术开发出包括键盘扫描模块、数码管显示模块、状态显示模块,串行通信模块,点火执行模块等模块,基本实现多管火箭炮齐射和指定单发功能。

Title Design of A Rocket Ignition Control System (Software Part)
Abstract
As the important part of the multiple rocket launcher system , The rocket launcher ignition and control system play the very important role in improving the precision and security of the MRLS. At present, the ignition and control system of multiple rocket launcher operate mainly by handwork or half by handwork in our country. The low automation degree has become the main obstacle for the development of the MRLS. Today the other countries in the world have begun to research more advanced ignition and control system and get some achievements.
In the course of the study of this subject, first of all, though the study of the main structure of contemporary rocket ignition controller and the future development trend, to complete the overall design of the ignition controller, as well as key components in the selection.Second, complete hardware design of the ignition control system through the use of digital and analog electronics, data communications, control technology and single-chip micro computer technology ,though in-depth study of the structure of the control system and hardware, successful develop a rocket ignition controller to adapt to the 24-barrel rocket launcher and to achieve the high level of integration of the rocket and real-time monitoring of launch state of each tube.
