摘要本文对某发射装置的平衡机进行了设计，包括重力矩的分析，平衡力矩的选择，平衡机的整体布局，各零部件的尺寸设计、装配以及对相应承力件进行强度校核。
通过相应的公式计算以及MATLAB软件的应用绘制出了在俯仰角范围内起落部分满载和空载时的重力矩、平衡力矩变化曲线，再通过多组模拟数据进行了平衡机各零部件的尺寸设计（主要为叠板扭杆以及四连杆机构的尺寸设计），得出了较为理想的尺寸，通过SolidWorks软件对平衡机进行三维绘图。60972
经过多组数据的优化处理，得到了理想的结构布局，通过相应的强度校核，得到的结果满足强度要求，达到了设计目的

Title The Design of A Launcher’s Balancing Machine
Abstract
In this paper ,we have designed the balancing machines of a launcher ,including the analysis of the Gravity moment ,the picking of the
Balance moment , the overall layout of the balancing machine, the sizes of each component design, assembly and bearing parts of the corresponding strength check.
First ,calculated by the correspondings and the MATLAB ,we can drawn out of the curves of the Gravity moment and the Balance moment in the landing portion load and no-load .Then ,we have designed the dimensions of the various components of the balancing machine (mainly the size of the stacked plate torsion bar and four-bar linkage ) and we get a ideal size ,by Solidworks ,we drawn out of the balancing machine’s three-dimensional graphics.
After the optimization of processing multiple sets of data to obtain the ideal structure size, through the appropriate strength check, the results meet the strength requirements, designed to achieve.

1 绪论
1.1 课题研究的目的和意义
