摘要：重锤式破碎机属于锤式破碎机中的一种，相对比普通的锤式破碎机，最大的不同点就是它的锤头比较重，可以在相同的时间内比普通的锤式破碎机破碎更多的物料。重锤式破碎机更适合破碎硬度不大于200MPa的石料，例如石灰石、白云石、青石、煤、煤矸石等物料，对于小粒度的软铁矿、耐磨材料也有破碎优势。伴随着各国矿物短缺问题的征象，在维持或提升各类金属与非金属产量的前提下，无疑增加了原矿产量的处理。同时对破碎物料的机器提出了更高的挑战，也会面临更多的参数要求。本设计完成了PCG—1316重锤式破碎机总体结构的设计，包括总体结构的布置，破碎机的工作参数、机架的箱体、重锤的结构、强度、动力系统等分析和计算。PCG—1316重锤式破碎机的箱体设计；形成了机械设计的整体概念，合理运用了过去所学的专业知识，提高理论并且联系实际和综合分析的能力；提高了应用资料、标准及规范等基本的技能和设计的能力，并完成了毕业设计论文、计算说明书等工作任务。61763
