本说明书主要介绍了大学生方程式赛车制动系统的改进设计,首先介绍了汽车制动系统的意义、研究现状以及发展趋势,并对大赛赛规制动部分进行了简要阐述。然后对制动系统进行方案论证分析与选择,确定采用简单人力液压制动双回路前后盘式制动器的方案。随后根据已知的赛车相关参数,对制动器以及制动驱动机构进行了相关的设计计算,对前、后制动力比例关系进行分析,并用MATLAB绘制了制动力分配曲线。最后,用CATIA软件建立主要零部件的三维实体模型,并用AutoCAD绘制各零部件的工程图及装配图。

Title The Improved Design of the Braking System of FSAE Racing Car
Formula SAE race was founded in 1979 by the Society of Automotive Engineers, more than 600 teams participate in various races around the world every year. From 2011, China started to hold the first match for Chinese college students, this will be designed according to the rule for the match in China.
This paper mainly introduces the improved design of braking system of the Formula Student. First of all, the meaning of breaking system and its development is introduced, and a brief introduction of the braking part of the rule is given right after it. After analyzing the structures of the braking system, it is planned to use hydroid double-circuit brake system with front disc and rear disc. Then, according to the relevant parameters of the racing car, the process of the calculating and designing of the braking system is provided in it. By analyzing the propotional relationship of the front and rear braking force, the distribution line of the braking force is figured out. At last, the three-dimensional solid models of the main components are established by CATIA, parts and assmeblies are drawn with AutoCAD.
