摘要本文主要研究 57mm 小口径防空预制破片弹的结构设计和后续弹道应力威力的计算和 分析。
本文首先介绍了国内外小口径防空弹药的发展过程和现状，在对弹药结构进行设计 的基础上，对弹体结构进行改进，使其满足设计要求。并进行了特征量的计算；对弹体 进行了应力分析、校核发射强度，并计算了弹带应力、火药装填物安全性，使其满足发 射要求。此外分析了外弹道特性，以及弹丸的飞行稳定性，最后对弹丸威力进行设计， 计算了预制破片的威力。69457

Abstract
This paper firstly introduces the development process and present situation of small caliber air defense ammunition at home and abroad, based on the design of ammunition structure, the structure is improved to meet the design requirements. The stress analysis and check the emission intensity of the missile body are carried out, and the safety of the projectile with the stress and the charge is calculated. In addition, the thesis analyses the characters of exterior trajectory, and projectile flight stability. Finally, on the power of the projectile design, to calculate the power of the prefabricated fragment.
