摘要本次设计分为对发射过程和后坐缓冲过程的数学建模,仿真分析以及整个系统的机械 结构设计两部分。首先,分析给定的要求参数后,根据其低过载的特性确定了以压缩空气 为发射压力源,进一步确定了发射原理以及工作过程。接下来建立起发射过程与后座缓冲 后下落过程的数学模型,并使用 simulink 对其进行模拟仿真,得出各参数之间的关系, 并从中选取满足设计要求的参数。之后根据得到的参数进行身管,连接件的机械结构设计, 确定尺以及连接方式,并对其进行强度校核。69551

Title A vertically downward overload low emission system design and analysis
Abstract
The design process is pided into mathematical modeling of emission and recoil buffer process simulation and design of the mechanical structure of the system in two parts. First, after analyzing the requirements of a given parameter, based on its low overload characteristics determine the source of compressed air pressure for the launch, to further determine the emission principle and the working process. Next, the mathematical model of the process after the emission process and to establish the whereabouts of the rear seat cushion, and its use simulink simulation, the relationship among the parameters obtained, from which to select the parameters to meet design requirements. According to the parameters were obtained after barrel, connecting mechanical design elements, as well as to determine the foot connections, and its strength check.
