摘要本课题主要设计一款 Iphone5s 的塑料手机壳注塑模具，并对注塑模具进行 CAE 优化 分析，最终完成一套注塑模具的设计工作。首先，在进行模具的结构设计前，为保证模 具设计的合理性，采用了专用软件 Moldflow 对模具进行 CAE 分析，利用其对模具的浇注 系统、冷却系统进行分析。然后，设计该模具采用一模四腔的形式，其浇口型式为侧进 浇口，利用斜顶机构抽芯。模具设计包含设计冷却系统、浇注系统，绘制 AutoCAD 二维 总装图及零件图，采用 Pro/E 绘制其三维图，并形成了三维总装配图。通过 CAE 分析与 Pro/E 设计相结合的形式，有效地优化了注塑模具的设计，降低了制造成本，提高了经济 效益，推动了相关模具设计技术的发展。70121

Title Injection mould design and its CAE based on Pro/E and Mold-flow system

Abstract The article is to design an injection mould .Before the design ，in order to guarantee the rationality of the design ， I need to make CAE analysis. I use Moldflow ，which can analyse the cooling system and the gating system before designing. The design is a mould which can make four products once.The mould use four cavity every mold，and side sprue feeding. Cooling system will be set up and a CAD 2D assembly drawing and Pro/E 3D drawing well be drew.instructions are encloseding，which can systematically using simple language ，schematic diagram， calculation and analysis of the plastic parts to design teasonable injectiong mould.
