摘要桨叶输送机,是螺旋输送机的变型。详细研究新型桨叶输送机的输送规律,对于开发新型设备具有重要意义。 目前螺旋输送机广泛应用于各行业,如建材、化工、电力、冶金、煤矿炭、粮食等行业,具有结构简单,制做成本低,密封性强、操作安全方便等优点,但同时也存在着输送量不均,输送效率不高等问题,因此研究开发具有均匀输送特性和较高的输送效率的桨叶输送机具有重大的意。本论文将从螺旋输送机入手,以颗粒性质(粒度分布、颗粒形状参数、颗粒密度、堆积密度等)、机械结构(几何参数、叶型等)、进料方式、转速等参数为变量,测试各种条件下的螺旋输送机的输送量、主轴扭矩、输送功耗,并在相同的条件下,再测试桨叶输送机的相关运行参数,对比分析定量描述桨叶输送机在输送特性方面的优点,最后对桨叶输送机做出定量评价并提出一些改进的措施。变螺距变轴距的桨叶输送机具有线性输出的输送特性,与传统的螺旋输送机相比,新型的桨叶 输送机在多点出料的输送条件下有更加优良的特性,能够保持输送量的稳定和线性输出,充分利用料仓的容积,不会造成死区,有更高的输送效率和更加稳定的输送特性。在不同的转速条件下,桨叶输送机的局部流量沿着桨叶输送轴的输送方向上线性增加,但总流量与转速不能比例关系,随着转速的增加,桨叶输送机的流量增量越来越小。10267

Abstract
Blades conveyor is a improved form of screw conveyor. Studying the transportation law of new form Of blades convenyor is very important to invent the new form of equipment .Now, the screw conveyor is widely used in all walks of life. Such as building materials, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, coal mine carbon, food and other industries. The structure is simple, making low cost, sealing strong, safe and convenient operation and other advantages, but there are also uneven throughput, transmission efficiency of problems, so the development with the uniform transmission characteristics and high transmission effi- ciency of blades conveyor is of great significance. This paper from the screw conveyor of granule properties (particle size distribution, pa- rticle shape parameters, particle density, bulk density, etc), mechanical structure (geometric parameters, leaf type, etc), feeding method, rotary speed parameters and testing various conditions of screw conveyor th- roughput, main shaft torque, transmission power consumption, and in the same conditions, and test again blades related operation parameters of the belt conveyor, comparison and analysis of the quantitative desc- ription blades in conveying belt characteristics advantages, finally to blades made conveyor quantitative evaluation and puts forward some im- provement measures.
