摘要世界经济全球化使得企业的业务发展以及竞争环境变得复杂化，企业财务管理面临着各种挑战。ERP系统已经成为企业财务管理的必然趋势，企业财务管理效率也通过ERP得到了全方面的提升，但同时ERP在应用过程中还存在着一些问题。本文阐述了ERP的理念和特点，对企业的ERP应用现状与存在的问题进行了研究，分析了ERP实施的流程以及存在的财务风险，并利用案例进行具体分析，说明了一些ERP实施应注意的事项，最后提出了对ERP财务管理今后发展的建议，旨在帮助企业财务管理更完善、高效地使用ERP，取得更好的发展。25345
