摘要：收购行为一直是企业经营中的重要选择，而历来专家学者对收购行为问题褒贬不一，本文则试图把各类收购行为归纳和分析，针对现有的比较重要的五个收购行为的研究分支进行实用性的考量与评估，进而发现现存的收购行为研究中存在研究不明确的现象，提出收购绩效、收购行为的分类细化等应该着重关注的问题。43169
通过对收购行为研究的现状进行分析，我们注意到现存的收购行为研究中存在笼统研究的倾向性，我们无法在现实情况中通过收购行为做出一个定性的决策或者判断。因此，本文提出了细化分类中跨界收购行为的试想，通过理论上进行绩效分析和财务数据进行绩效分析以例证跨界收购的价值，希望所提出的跨界收购可以为人们所重视，对企业的决策提供一定的理论支持。

A study on the acquisition of listing Corporation -- a case study of Changshan textile Limited by Share Ltd
Abstract：Acquisition has been important business behaviors, and has always been controversies among experts and scholars of various acquisition and behavioral problems. This article tries to classify the acquisition of various types that are summarized and analyzed, according to existing important five acquisitions research branches of practical considerations and evaluation, and then writer found a indefinite research problem in the existing analysis of acquisition, putting forward to the performance analysis and acquisition classification refinement and the well.
Through the takeover of research present situation analysis, we could note that the purchase behavior of existing studies of the general tendency can not in reality to make a qualitative decision or judgment. Therefore, this paper puts forward the detailed classification in cross-border acquisitions of imagine, through the theory of performance analysis and financial data performance analysis with examples of cross-border acquisition value, hoping the proposed cross-border acquisitions can attach importance to people concerned and to enterprise's decision to provide certain theoretical support.
