上市公司股权结构对经营绩效的影响研究

摘要股权结构作为公司所有者的内部结构，起着决定公司治理机制和相关模式的作用。它通过影响公司治理效率进而对公司经营绩效造成影响。股权结构的不同导致公司组织结构的不同，从而决定了公司治理结构，最终表现为公司经营绩效的差异。所以，股权结构是否合理对于公司的经营绩效是否能够实现增长具有极其重要的联系。
因此，本文以我国上市公司股权结构与经营绩效之间的相关性为主题，采用理论分析与实证研究相结合的研究方法，以沪深两市2011-2013年A股制造业公司（创业板、中小板除外）为研究对象，从股权结构的两个角度（股权构成和集中度）来分析对公司经营绩效水平的影响，并为提高上市公司经营绩效水平给出相应的建议和对策。25519

Title    Research on the influence of ownership structure to business performance
Abstract
The ownership structure is the internal structure of the company's owner, and plays a part of the corporate governance mechanism and the related patterns. It influences the corporate governance efficiency and the company management performance. The difference of ownership structure leads to the structure of the company, which determines the corporate governance structure and the difference of company management performance. Therefore, whether the ownership structure is reasonable for the company's business performance，which is able to achieve a very important link.
Therefore, this paper on China's listed the correlation between ownership structure and corporate performance as the theme, using a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research methods, to the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock 2011-2013 A-share manufacturing industry company (with the exception of gem and SME board) as the research object, from ownership structure of two angle (ownership structure and concentration) were used to analyze the effect on the level of the company business performance and improve listed companies operating performance level gives the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
