摘要 在中国经济日益发展的今天，企业财务计划的制定研究正在日渐成为一个财务管理的新热点。由于一个企业所拥有的财务资源是有限的，因此一个企业需要制定财务计划，以此有效、科学和合理的分配企业的财务资源，建立起企业的竞争优势，以便在市场中突围而出。6152
本文首先通过对选题的背景意义的论述，介绍了所选课题的研究意义与目的。接着通过对企业财务计划的进行概述，介绍了企业财务计划的作用。最后通过对制定企业财务计划的现状和不足进行分析研究，以房地产行业财务计划制定作为案例，为企业财务计划的制定进行定位，指出一个有效、科学和合理的财务计划能为企业指明方向，并应用理论知识结合实际情况提出企业财务计划的合理的建议和其所需要注意的问题。

 Abstract
Increasing economic development in China today, the development of Enterprise financial planning is becoming a new hot spot for financial management. Since the financial resources of an enterprise have is limited, so companies need to develop a financial plan, as effective, scientific and rational allocation of the financial resources, and establish a competitive advantage, in order to stand out in the market.
Firstly, through the background and significance of the topic of discussion, it introduced the selected topic significance and purpose. Followed by an overview of corporate financial plans, it introduced the role of corporate financial planning. Finally, through the development of enterprise financial planning status and lack of analysis, the real estate industry, the financial planning as a case for the development of enterprise financial plan for positioning, pointing out an efficient, scientific and rational financial plan for the enterprise specified direction, and application of theoretical knowledge combined with the actual situation and put forward reasonable proposals of its corporate financial planning issues that need attention.

随着知识经济的到来和全球经济一体化的推进，我国经济市场从计划经济时期转变为市场经济时期，而且形成了全球化竞争模式；连年来，企业面对的国内外经济环境变幻莫测，企业如何精确制定一个财务计划，成为了企业发展研究的一个热门问题。
