摘要融资租赁企业在中国既古老又陌生，被誉为“朝阳产业”，它是服务于信贷、贸易、技术更新的新型金融产业。融资租赁企业不是银行，而是金融创新下的产物，是一个服务性的企业，在现代服务业中占据着重要的地位。这些年来因为经济的不断发展，产业结构的不断调整，以及中小企业迅猛发展的需要，使得融资需求不断提高，融资租赁行业得到了前所未有的发展。从改革开放到加入世贸组织，融资租赁企业在得到更多发展机会的同时也面临了不少的挑战。由于融资租赁在我国起步较晚，申请租赁的大多数是中小企业,加之融资租赁企业缺乏一整套全面科学的评价体系等原因,导致融资租赁企业难以把控经营中的风险，也难以让有关债权人和利益相关者了解企业的经营成果，考核有关经营者的绩效。所以构建一套比较科学全面的考核评价体系具有深远的意义。45708

Since financial leasing in China started late, and for rental of most small and medium enterprises, financing lease business reasons for lack of a complete set of comprehensive and scientific evaluation system, so that the financing lease enterprise is difficult to control in the management of risk and the evaluation of the performance of the operator, To the relevant creditors and stakeholders to understand the management performance of enterprises.
