摘要财务风险，企业在市场经济中生存和发展必须面对的难题，对风险控制的结果直接影响到企业的前途。加之经济多元化与全球化的推进，财务风险也呈现出多样化的趋势，多种多样的企业财务风险开始浮现在企业的运作当中。一些企业对于企业财务风险控制处于薄弱环节，便被迫走上破产重组的道路。故而，强化企业财务风险控制，对于企业在当今如此残酷的市场竞争中避免失败具有极大的理论与现实意义。45692
本文首先通过分析财务风险的特征及成因，探究出财务风险发生的环境及环节，其次结合已有的理论，提出企业财务风险控制机制，然后通过分析北方重工集团的潜在财务风险，结合其自身实际提出风险控制建议，最后综合全文，得出财务风险控制基本措施，再次强调风险控制的重要性。

Abstract
