摘要随着时代的发展，不少企业在不断进步,日益壮大。企业的固定资产在企业运作及发展过程中有着很重要的地位，是推动企业不断发展的基础，是企业进行生产和经营活动所不可或缺的重要物资条件，更是企业占领市场，提高企业市场竞争力，推动企业稳步发展的动力源泉。但在企业固定资产管理过程中，往往可能会出现各种问题，导致企业固定资产闲置，造成企业经济亏损，阻碍企业快速发展。46534
本文从企业固定资产管理方面着手，以春兰股份有限公司为例，通过对春兰股份有限公司过往情况和现在境况的了解和春兰股份有限公司与同行业公司的对比，再加上相关理论为基础和依据，找出企业固定资产管理中存在的问题，并有针对性地提出相应的解决对策，为春兰股份有限公司企业今后对于固定资产的管理提出一些建议，为其他家电制造类企业提供一些借鉴和帮助。
