云南白药集团股份有限公司股利分配状况研究

摘要：上市公司的股利分配是公司的财务管理的重要内容之一。它决定着公司的盈余在投资者和公司之间的分配，还能向投资者传递关于公司的经营业绩的相关消息。本文从云南白药集团股份有限公司的股利分配的支付形式、股利分配政策的类型和股利支付率三个方面对云南白药集团股份有限公司的股利分配现状进行了分析，从中发现了一些问题，包括股利分配不稳定、股权结构不合理、异常高派现和股利支付水平低这几个问题，并结合了公司的实际情况对问题的所在提出了合理化的建议。本文的研究可以实现公司股东财富最大化并且对促进云南白药公司的健康、持续，稳定发展具有重要的理论意义。67436

Abstract: The pidend distribution of the listed company is an important content of financial management of the company. It can determine the company's surplus distribution between investors and companies, but also can deliver some relevant information about the company's operating performance to investors.The paper analyzes the present situation of pidend distribution from the form of payment of pidend distribution, the type of pidend distribution policy and pidend payment rate of Yunnan Baiyao Group Co.LTD and find some problems, including pidend distribution is not stable, unreasonable equity structure and abnormal high cash mechanism pidend and low level of pidend payments .Combined with the company's actual situation of the problem ,the paper puts forward the rationalization proposals. In this paper, the research will has important theoretical significance for maximizing shareholders wealth and promoting the Yunnan Baiyao companys’ sustained, stable and healthy development .
