摘 要:存货管理的好坏，直接影响公司的经济效益。本文以友奥电器有限公司为例，论述了该公司的存货管理在采购与入库环节、仓储环节、出库环节以及计价方面的现状，并找出该公司存在着不相容职务分离不明确、存货出入库管理不规范、低值易耗品未核算、存货盘点制度不健全等问题。同时针对性的提出了建立健全的职务分离制度、严格履行出入库手续、重视对低值易耗品的核算以及完善存货盘点制度等措施，进而对存货进行有效的控制，达到提高经济效益的目的，促进友奥电器有限公司的长期稳定、健康发展。67435

1  引言
