摘 要:由于高新技术企业本身的特点，传统的抵押式融资方式不能满足高新技术企业提供足够的资金需求，因此，融资困难成为阻碍高新技术企业发展的一个关键因素，但是在知识经济的时代背景下，高新技术企业拥有大量的以专业技术为基础的无形资产，这就为解决高新技术企业融资问题提供了新的渠道。本文首先从介绍了知识产权证券化的基本概念和交易框架开始，然后对高新技术企业实施知识产权证券化的可行性进行分析，最后结合了我国证券化市场中的实际问题，提出相关的解决对策。56927

Abstract：Due to the characteristics of high and new technology enterprise, the traditional mortgage financing type can not meet the needs of high-tech enterprises in shortage of enough money. Therefore, the key factor to prevent the high-tech from being developed is finance shortage. However, under the background of knowledge economy, high-tech enterprises which have a lot of intangible assets based on the professional technology provide a new method to solve the high-tech enterprises financial problems. In this essay ,the basic concept of intellectual property securitization and trade framework will be introduced firstly. In the following step, I will analyze the feasibility of securitization of intellectual property rights for high and new technology enterprise. In the last part, relevant countermeasures will be come up with in the combination with the practical problems in the securitization market in china.
