摘  要：随着社会的进步与发展,当前企业的竞争已经从传统手工制造向规模化转型。而很多企业的业务流程、企业的资金、信息管理等都无法与当前的社会发展相适应,因此企业将来的进一步开展可能会受到重大妨碍。为了促进企业的发展,本文在研究中,以营运能力为基准,对其高低进行分析。本文以金坛宏升制衣厂为例,对该企业的营运能力进行评价,并结合我国社会的发展情况,提出了相应的改进建议,希望对我国中小制造企业的生产管理起到一些借鉴作用。67978
