摘 要：中小企业面对着日益激烈的市场竞争环境，如何加强自己的核心竞争力，使自己在竞争中处于优势，是企业管理者应当思考的问题。而财务核心竞争力，是中小企业的基础竞争力，也是中小企业获取更多利润的关键竞争力。准确评价企业的财务核心竞争力，有利于企业改进现有财务管理体系，充分利用资金，创造价值。本文通过昆山海威公司这样一个中小企业的典型代表的财务核心竞争力评价体系的建立与评价分析，总结中小企业核心竞争力的评价与分析，并据此提出核心竞争力的提升策略。 67979

Abstract：Small and medium-sized enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition environment, how to improve their core competitiveness, to ensure their own competition in an invincible position, is the enterprise managers should be thinking about. But the financial core competence, is the foundation of the competitiveness of SMEs, SMEs are also the key competitiveness to obtain more profits. Accurate evaluation of the core competence of financial enterprises, is advantageous for the enterprise to improve the existing financial management system, make full use of the funds, the creation of value. 1.1 研究背景与意义
