摘要多元化经营是企业实现可持续发展的一条重要途径。我国企业自二十世纪八十年代以来，掀起了多元化经营的热潮，但是，许多公司的多元化道路都不是一帆风顺，多元化究竟会给企业带来哪些影响。本文将结合前人的研究，从多元化经营和内部控制有效性两方面进行理解，分析多元化的效应和内部控制有效性的影响因素，从而进一步得出多元化经营对内部控制有效性的影响，并且通过对我国上市公司的实证研究，证实多元化经营对内部控制有效性的影响，从而针对这种影响，制定相应的措施，保证企业更好地实现多元化经营战略、实现公司的经营目标。63675

Title The Impact of Diversification on Company’s Effectiveness of Internal Control——Based on Empirical Study of Chinese Listed Companies Abstract
Diversification is an important way that the enterprise to achieve sustainable development. Since the 1980s , Chinese enterprises setting off a wave of persification, however, many of the company's persified operations are not smooth, what impact that persification will bring exactly. This paper’s research will combine the previous studies, from two aspects to understanding, persification and the effectiveness of internal control, analyze the reasons of persification and the factors of the effectiveness of internal control, and then analyze the impact of persification on the effectiveness of internal control, and confirm the effectiveness that persification impacts on internal control through the empirical study of Chinese listed companies. For this effect, make appropriate measures, to help the companies implement persification strategy and better achieve the company's objectives.
