摘要信息社会里，传统的业绩管理方法并不全面，为了应对愈来愈激烈的竞争，组织必须不断改进，改善自身管理，平衡计分卡是一个很好的选择。平衡计分卡方法认为，组织应从四个角度审视自身业绩：学习与成长、业务流程、顾客、财务。本项目以商业银行的绩效管理为研究对象，介绍了传统绩效考核方法与平衡计分卡，叙述了我国商业银行绩效管理的现状并指出存在的问题，最后针对BSC在我国商业银行绩效管理的应用做了详细的阐述，并提出了注意事项和建议。64001

Title   Research on Application of BSC in the performance   management in commercial banks in China                                                   

Abstract In the information society, the traditional performance management method is not comprehensive. In order to cope with the increasingly fierce competition, organizations must constantly improve their management to be more competitive, and the balanced scorecard is a good choice. The Balanced Scorecard methodology shows that the organizations should learn their own performance from four perspectives: learning and growing, business process, customer, financial. This project takes the performance management of commercial banks as the research object, introduces the traditional performance appraisal method and the balanced scorecard,   and describes the current situation of performance management of commercial banks in China and points out the problems. Finally, it is described in detail how the BSC is applicated in the  performance management of commercial banks in China, and puts forward the precautions and suggestions.
